這篇文章主要的大意在說:
聽力因老化而衰退是很正常的現象，文中Alma女士是一個重獲聽力的好案例。Alma先被家人子女發現有時候溝通不上或聽不清楚，所以立刻帶到澳洲聽力中心就診，最後透過遙控助聽器(Remote Control)重拾美好的聽覺。

1.natural ageing process 自然衰老過程
原文:

2.hear them properly 聽得清楚
原文:

Her family encouraged her to visit Australian Hearing after they noticed she could not hear them properly.

3.be ability to participate in 能夠參與
原文:
“The hearing aids and the remote control have improved my ability to participate in family events and I can clearly hear the TV without turning the volume up,” Alma said.
